Classical plays are very well known and accepted by almost everyone, which of course makes it safe for any producing company to do them. On the other hand these classic works have become what they are because one day some director or company decided to give it a try and perform them. As risky as it is from an economical standpoint, we want to encourage the production of new plays and the support of new playwrights who are contributing to the creation of good, entertaining and edifying works.
